###Ratings are on a scale of 1-10. You start with 20 assignable points for this section of 5 skills. You may not use more until you have earned skill points. You must assign at least 1 point to each, and initially can not assign more than 7 points to any combat type. Hand-to-Hand, Melee and Ranged combat apply to real world situations as well as Lyoko. Lyoko Power and Mounted only apply to Lyoko situations.
What are these skills for? Well, they indicate your character's proficiency with that weapon type. The higher your skill with that weapon, the more likely you are to defeat your opponent in battle.###

Whistlestop, a new political technology startup launching today, wants to help democratize social media data on political candidates to allow voters to track and support these politicians.
